How long does it take to connect to a volunteer?
Connection usually takes from 10 seconds. Waiting time depends on volunteer availability.
Is there image delay during a call?
Image transmission happens practically in real time, with an average delay of 0.5 seconds.
What will the volunteer see?
Thanks to the camera’s 180° field of view, the volunteer can see most of the space in front of you.
