CameraNewVision allows users to request deletion of their account and associated personal data at any time.

1. How to request account deletion
To delete your account, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to info@cameranewvision.com
- Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request
- Include the email address associated with your account
- (Optional) Include any additional details to help us identify your account
We will process your request within a reasonable timeframe.
2. What data will be deleted
When your account is deleted, we will delete:
- Your account information (email, name, profile data)
- Your volunteer profile and configuration
- Associated identifiers and routing data
- Any support communications linked to your account
3. What data may be retained
We may retain certain data for a limited period where necessary for:
- Legal obligations
- Security and fraud prevention
- Resolving disputes
This may include:
- Call session metadata (e.g., timestamps, status)
- System logs and analytics data (in aggregated or de-identified form)
4. Retention period
- Account data: deleted upon request
- Logs and system data: retained for up to 30–90 days
- Aggregated or anonymized data may be retained longer
