Account Deletion Request

CameraNewVision allows users to request deletion of their account and associated personal data at any time.

1. How to request account deletion

To delete your account, please follow these steps:

  • Send an email to info@cameranewvision.com
  • Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request
  • Include the email address associated with your account
  • (Optional) Include any additional details to help us identify your account

We will process your request within a reasonable timeframe.

2. What data will be deleted

When your account is deleted, we will delete:

  • Your account information (email, name, profile data)
  • Your volunteer profile and configuration
  • Associated identifiers and routing data
  • Any support communications linked to your account

3. What data may be retained

We may retain certain data for a limited period where necessary for:

  • Legal obligations
  • Security and fraud prevention
  • Resolving disputes

This may include:

  • Call session metadata (e.g., timestamps, status)
  • System logs and analytics data (in aggregated or de-identified form)

4. Retention period

  • Account data: deleted upon request
  • Logs and system data: retained for up to 30–90 days
  • Aggregated or anonymized data may be retained longer
